What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Establish a compelling and clear product vision for the Client Portal that aligns with the employer’s mission and strategic goals
Develop and manage a product roadmap that prioritizes features based on client needs and market trends
Collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery cross-functional teams to gather insights and deliver high‑quality features
Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring alignment with business objectives
Conduct analyses of product performance metrics and user feedback to guide strategic decision‑making and optimize client experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in web applications or client portals within the insurance or financial services industry
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
Previous experience in an insurance agency or brokerage is essential
Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Trello)

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
