Position: ABA Behavior Technician/RBT
Compensation: $20–30/hr (based on experience)
Type: Part‑Time (15–20 hrs/week)
Shifts: Afternoons/Evenings (3–4 hrs/day, vary by client)
Available schedules (Monmouth County)
Cliffwood: Mon‑Th 4:30‑7:30 PM, Sat 11 AM‑1 PM
About Compass ABA
Deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with autism.
Help build communication, play, social, and daily living skills.
Work in homes or community settings across NJ, NY, and NM.
Responsibilities
Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
Build skills, manage behaviors, and foster independence.
Collaborate with families and staff on treatment plans.
Offer encouragement and care during sessions.
Create a safe, structured learning environment.
Collect and record data to guide treatment.
Participate in supervision and grow as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT.
Requirements
High School Diploma (college preferred).
Authorized to work in the U.S. and pass background & reference checks.
Meet physical requirements: active movement, standing, and play‑based activities.
Experience with children/autism preferred.
Reliable transportation, strong communication, and technology comfort.
