Manager, Safety, Sanitation And Compliance Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Manager, Safety, Sanitation and Compliance to act as the conscience of the Distribution Center, ensuring OSHA, EPA, and FDA standards are met while promoting a safety‑first culture.

Salary: $90k - $100k

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily sanitation, deep cleaning, training and monitoring for a staff of 15 across multiple shifts.

Handle payroll budget for the department.

Ensure sanitation and pest control services are in place, interface with vendors, monitor activity and respond to issues; set up sanitation schedules and manage resources to ensure adherence.

Work with operations to identify opportunities and implement programs to prevent and dispose of hazardous waste, and ensure other environmental compliance programs are executed.

Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of SOPs in collaboration with the EH&S Department, educate Operations on requirements, and follow up to ensure consistent compliance.

Ensure safety and health programs (e.g., lockout/tagout, hazard communication) are complete, implemented and current.

Serve as IIPP administrator.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

5‑7 years of experience as a Safety and Health Manager or a bachelor’s degree with industrial operations experience and positive safety results.

General knowledge of OSHA and FDA requirements.

Knowledge of warehouse sanitation and pest prevention (GDP).

OSHA 30 certification.

Preventive Control Qualified Individual certification.

RCRA Hazardous Waste Generator Training.

HAZWOPER: Chemical Fundamentals.

Strong Microsoft Suite experience.

Experience with Lawson or other HCM systems.

Salary Range:

$70,000 – $96,250
