We have immediate openings for energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated auto technicians to join our growing and dynamic team! Qualifications
3-5+ years of hands‑on automotive technician experience
Ford Master Technician certification preferred
Proven leadership or mentoring experience in a shop environment
Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
Train, coach, and support technicians to support and encourage growth and efficiency.
Supervise daily shop operations and technician workflow.
Collaborate with service advisors to exceed customer expectations.
Ensure repair quality, safety compliance, and OEM standards.
Perform advanced diagnostics and assist with complex repairs.
