What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead one or more project work streams to implement innovative solutions addressing client business challenges
Collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing junior team members
Develop work plans to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with urgency
Conduct data collection and complex analysis to identify risks and develop actionable recommendations
Present findings and recommendations to internal and client leadership effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree required
3 to 5 years of relevant project implementation or process improvement experience in a team-based environment, preferably in healthcare or consulting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Willingness and ability to travel weekly (Monday-Thursday with occasional onsite Fridays) and work extended hours as needed
Direct supervisory experience including coaching, mentorship, and performance management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Relevant hospital operations experience supervising a department or team-based projects focused on process re-engineering initiatives and change management
Project leadership and work plan management experience within a consulting firm, particularly in supply chain services
