What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Quickly develop analytics solutions that support healthcare decision-makers
Engage with product leadership and customers to understand problems and present solutions
Adapt solutions based on customer feedback to ensure effectiveness
Collaborate with consultants and customers to create intuitive analytics applications
Utilize tools like Shiny, Streamlit, Quarto, and R Markdown to drive insights and impact
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
3-5 years of proven expertise developing analytics products in healthcare settings
Strong proficiency in Python and/or R
Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL preferred) and experience with data pipelines
Excellent collaboration skills and customer-facing communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or other modern cloud-based data platforms
Experience building solutions in Shiny, Streamlit, Quarto, and R Markdown
Familiarity with Posit Connect or similar tools for deploying analytics products
Recent experience in healthcare consulting, analytics, and/or technical roles in a professional services firm
