Job Description This position will support and scale experience-centered sales certificate programming and maintain and manage a Salesforce CRM database for the Trulaske College of Business (TCoB). This role combines project/event coordination, student mentorship, corporate partner engagement and visit scheduling, CSCD budget management, and travel planning to ensure the continued growth and operational success of CSCD's initiatives, including the Inside Sales Lab and Mizzou's sales competition teams. The role also involves maintaining and managing a Salesforce CRM database for professional contacts in the TCoB, including industry partners for CSCD, CE&I (Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation), STEM MBA, advisory board members, recruiters, course guest speakers, and more.

Shift 8:00am - 5:00pm, with occasional shifts to 10:00am - 7:00pm

Minimum Qualifications A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Educational background and relevant experience

Interpersonal skills, including empathy, professionalism, and collegiality

Communication, planning, organizational skills

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and corporate partners

Willingness to learn Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, and relevant apps

Anticipated Hiring Range Salary Range: $21.71-$25.50/hour

Grade: GGS 08
