Requirements:
Degree related to the IT field.
At least 6 years of experience related to the position.
Experience in services related to the public sector.
What will your responsibilities be?
Planning, organization and management, definition of the service model.
Planning and monitoring of activities, ensuring alignment with contract objectives.
Service management activities related to integration, scope, cost, schedule, communication, risks, quality, talent, knowledge, involvement/coordination of various stakeholders and change management.
Implementation of established indicators and procedures.
Quality and service improvement.
