Process Engineer (Optronic Equipment)

What are we looking for?
An/a Process Engineer (Optronic Equipment) , with at least 2years of experience.
Availability to join a stable project in Valdepeñas.
Degree:Degree in Industrial, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
Work Model: on-stie
Work Schedule: full-time
Requirements:
Degree in Industrial, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
Minimum 2 years of experience in electronic manufacturing processes, preferably in defense, aerospace, or automotive sectors.
In-depth knowledge of IPC, MIL-STD, ISO 9100 standards.
Familiarity with CAD/CAM tools, ERP/MES systems, and data analysis software.
High level of technical English (minimum B2).
Strong analytical skills, results-oriented, and team player.
What will your responsibilities be?
Define and improve manufacturing processes for electronic equipment (assemblies, system integration).
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to ensure efficient industrialization of new products.
Draft and maintain technical documentation: work instructions, routing sheets, FMEA, control plans.
Oversee traceability, compliance, and process validation according to MIL-STD, IPC-A-610, ISO 9001/9100 standards.
Participate in internal and external audits, including defense sector customers.
Manage the introduction of new technologies and automation in the plant.
