Job Description The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant Managers drive sales results, analyze business performance, and provide best‑in‑class customer service. They oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines and driving efficiency in all store processes, while leveraging creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. They also serve as talent leaders, driving recruiting, training, engagement, and development. With a promote‑from‑within philosophy, Assistant Managers begin with foundational responsibilities and can grow into the future leaders of the store’s organization.
