Cutover and Test Manager role for HANA | | Remote

Responsibilities
Develop and execute cutover strategy and detailed plans for Go‑Live. Coordinate end‑to‑end cutover activities across technical and business teams. Lead Q cutover, mock cutover, and production cutover cycles. Capture lessons learned and apply improvements to subsequent cycles. Define and manage comprehensive strategy (Unit, SIT, UAT, Performance, Regression). Oversee defect management and ensure timely resolution. Provide clear communication and status reporting to stakeholders. Mitigate risks and ensure compliance with the client project management methodology. Qualifications
10 to 15 years of professional experience. 8+ years of SAP implementation experience in cutover and testing roles. Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills. Strong knowledge of SAP modules and integration points. Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA projects. Proficient with Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Familiarity with test management tools (HP ALM, qTest, Jira). CPG industry knowledge.
