Summary An
Office Manager
will achieve a world‑class Total Patient Experience that maximizes retail sales and supports patients’ medical needs. Responsible for the overall sales and profitability of an office location, managing all operations including team support, merchandising, inventory management, training, safety, and implementation of Total Patient Experience (TPE) to drive revenue and profitability. A Licensed Office Manager must possess a State Optician’s License where required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Direct and execute the overall sales and profitability through TPE.
Develop and maintain a good working relationship with doctors and serve as liaison between doctors and office team.
Recruit, select, train, coach, and develop team members, including coaching KPI scorecard results.
Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations for the office team.
Exercise judgment and use tools to achieve revenue and EBITDA growth.
Motivate team members with positive communication and support.
Maintain facilities to corporate standards, including safety rules, HIPAA & OSHA requirements, hazardous material handling, and waste disposal.
Enforce company cash‑handling policies and submit required financial documents accurately and on schedule.
Execute day‑to‑day operations: scheduling, meetings, report generation, inventory assessment, supply ordering, and training.
Qualifications
Industry related experience desirable.
Management experience required.
Favorable background check result as required by state.
Must provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED.
Preferred credentials: ABO, NCLE, LDO.
Licenses and Credentials

Systems and Technology
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Location
Primary location: Tucson, AZ (salary $55,000–$65,000).
Standard office or clinical setting; travel to other locations may be required.
Physical Requirements
Variety of physical activities: frequent walking (75%), sitting (50%), standing (50%); regular bending, stooping, reaching (25–50%).
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Strong fine motor skills and full use of hands; visual and auditory acuity required 100% of the time.
Occasional driving or climbing may be necessary.
