Business Development Representative (BDR) – Junior, Individual Contributor, Remote (Italy). Languages: Italian (main) / English (fluent – internal language). Main tools: HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Notion, Slack. Base Salary: €21,000 – €28,000. Bonus / Commissions: Uncapped. Equity: Stock Options under our Equity Incentive Plan. Your role will play a major role in our success because you’ll be one of the first BDRs dedicated to the Italian market, directly fueling our sales pipeline and revenue growth. You’ll be the engine behind new opportunities — opening doors, creating conversations, and ensuring our Account Executives spend their time on high-quality, well-qualified meetings.
