Salary and Compensation
$105,000 - $115,000 with an additional annual bonus potential of $6,000 paid out monthly, and a $5,000 sign‑on bonus (new hires only).
Responsibilities
Develop individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans that focus on reducing or maintaining low rates of challenging behavior and implement client‑preferred schedules and routines.
Model effective behavior change procedures for families (e.g., FCT, DRA without extinction, toileting programs, schedule thinning, demand fading).
Manage service funding partnerships with local regional centers for individuals with developmental disabilities across all ages.
Supervise and provide oversight to direct care staff.
Monitor treatment progress and effectiveness, updating plans to support clients’ needs and learning styles.
Program Objectives
Assist clients with basic self‑help needs while promoting the highest level of independence.
Assist clients with socialization skills, as appropriate.
Continue daily routines currently performed by families and provide caregivers a break from care duties.
Ensure safety supervision and assist with meal preparation, feeding, toileting, bathing, dressing, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
Qualifications
Active license or certification in good standing (Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Analyst, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Family & Marriage Therapist, or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
Preferred experience in supervisory and behavioral assessment roles.
Preferred experience providing behavioral services to children and adults.
Preferred experience in quality management.
Proficiency in English.
