Responsibilities
Support development and execution of power generation business strategies.
Identify new opportunities and build relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers.
Provide voice-of-customer insights on emissions, equipment performance, and market trends.
Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams on projects, quotes, and proposals.
Coordinate proposal development for RFPs with cross‑functional teams.
Deliver presentations, attend industry events, and support marketing initiatives.
Assist PPC sales team with key oilfield service accounts when needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience Strategic & Operational
Strong ability to connect with power generation customers and understand business drivers.
Able to anticipate market changes and manage risk.
Effective time management: highly organized and detail focused.
Strong business acumen, project management, and leadership skills.
Proficient with technology and data tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.
Sales & Confidence
Proven “hunter” profile with success selling technology into the power generation market.
Takes ownership in challenging situations and resolves conflicts effectively.
Strong networking capability and relationship‑building skills.
Personal & Interpersonal
Customer‑focused team player who builds trust and collaborates well.

Able to communicate a compelling vision and align others to it.
Education / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong Excel skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Willingness to travel as required.
