Senior CI Leader - Onsite Food Manufacturing

A leading food manufacturer is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager in Swedesboro, NJ to enhance operational excellence initiatives. The ideal candidate has 4–10 years of experience in manufacturing, is adept in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and preferably bilingual in Spanish. Responsibilities include leading continuous improvement efforts, implementing process controls, and managing cost-savings programs.
