What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in wastewater treatment plant design, including biosolids treatment train design and odor control
Lead the execution of advanced solution strategies to ensure effective outcomes for clients
Provide technical expertise to resolve complex engineering challenges and deliver solutions that meet customer requirements
Oversee the preparation of bid documents, detailed designs, and specifications for wastewater treatment projects
Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in quality, service, and operational efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical/business field, or equivalent work experience
Proven project management experience on large-scope project types
Advanced knowledge of wastewater treatment plant design, biosolids treatment, and related systems
Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret complex information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Professional registration in engineering or related field
Experience in construction management and startup/commissioning services
Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and best practices
Proficiency in relevant engineering software and Microsoft Office programs
Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to team members
