Job Responsibilities
Plan and execute all aspects of assigned projects, including scope of work, budgets, and schedules
Coordinate project requirements with clients to ensure high‑quality deliverables
Monitor project progress and collaborate with management to meet deadlines
Conduct performance appraisals and establish project safety plans
Maintain accurate documentation of job progress and communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical or construction‑related field (or equivalent)
Minimum of 10 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
Advanced project management and customer service skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the defense, security, or infrastructure sectors
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
Proven ability to motivate and guide team members
