Role Overview

We are seeking a Production Coordinator to support the Production Management team in planning, tracking, and material preparation for both Domestic and Import production orders. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth production flow, accurate documentation, and on-time delivery across our supply chain.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands‑on role with real responsibility and visibility, offering strong exposure to the full apparel production lifecycle—from development through final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track Domestic and Import production orders from development through delivery along with site management
  • Maintain and update weekly WIP production reports across all production channels
  • Communicate daily with cross‑functional teams to ensure production timelines and delivery targets are met

Sample & Development Management

  • Track and manage development samples including lab dips, handlooms, trims, wash tests, proto samples, and approvals
  • Maintain and organize all production and development documentation
  • Coordinate with domestic and international vendors to monitor production timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements
  • Support implementation of SOP updates, chargebacks, and adherence to legal and retail requirements (routing, packing, labeling)

Logistics & Documentation

  • Coordinate sending and receiving of materials, samples, and reference samples
  • Review packing lists and production outputs for accuracy and completeness
  • Manage production follow‑ups and order status updates as needed
  • Occasionally assist with light physical tasks, including lifting and moving boxes of labels, trims, or materials for packing or vendor pickups, with reasonable accommodation as required by law

Production Execution Support

  • Create and update cut tickets, material POs, and production documentation required by Product Development, Sourcing, and Production teams

Who You Are

  • Highly organized and detail‑driven, with strong follow‑through
  • Comfortable juggling multiple production timelines and priorities
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions‑oriented
  • A clear communicator who works well across teams and vendors
  • Curious and eager to learn the full apparel production process
  • Thrive in a fast‑paced, hands‑on manufacturing environment

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in apparel production or a related field
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes is a plus
  • Experience in domestic production is a plus, but not required
  • Knowledge of Korean, Chinese, and/or Spanish is a plus, but not required

Growth Opportunity

Candidates with retail‑side experience—especially in production coordination, product development support, sourcing, planning, allocation, or store‑level analytics—are strongly encouraged to apply. Early‑career candidates with hands‑on production exposure and a strong desire to grow are welcome. This role is designed for growth and offers a clear path to expanded ownership across Production and Sourcing, based on performance.

Compensation is competitive and aligned with the current market, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include health insurance, paid time off, and additional perks that support both personal well‑being and professional growth.
