Overview We’re seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to lead commercial interior construction projects in Manhattan. The ideal candidate can manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while delivering high-quality projects in fast-paced urban environments.
Responsibilities
Manage all project phases from pre‑construction through closeout.
Serve as the main client contact; maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and consultants.
Develop and manage project budgets, cost tracking, and change management.
Create and maintain detailed project schedules and logistics plans.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, procurement, and quality control.
Ensure compliance with NYC DOB, FDNY, and all required permits.
Identify and mitigate risks; resolve issues quickly.
Provide regular progress, financial, and schedule updates to leadership and clients.
Qualifications
5+ years of construction PM experience, including commercial interiors.
Experience working in Manhattan or similar dense urban environments.
Proficiency with Procore, PlanGrid, MS Project, Bluebeam.
Strong understanding of drawings, specs, schedules, and scopes of work.
Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail—especially with high‑end finishes.
