Our client, a General Contractor, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee ground-up commercial and multifamily projects from precon through closeout.
Key Responsibilities
Lead projects from planning and permitting through construction and project closeout
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, cost tracking, and forecasting
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives
Prepare scopes of work and participate in subcontractor procurement and contract negotiations
Qualifications
5–10+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, ideally with ground up commercial and/or multifamily projects
Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar)
