Experience Center Associate Join Miele USA as an Experience Center Associate. You will excite consumers, architects, designers, and retailers about Miele products, generate sales leads, and support center operations, visual merchandising, and direct sales of select small domestic appliances and consumables.

Essential Functions

Work with the Center Manager to achieve financial objectives, including meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Achieve personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contribute to shared team goals.

Develop product knowledge of Miele appliances and floorcare through training, catalogs, and self‑guided learning.

Communicate company and product features to drive conversion.

Track, monitor, and communicate business partner leads.

Customer Experience

Assist walk‑in, appointment‑based, dealer, and trade professional clients to exceed expectations.

Provide a safe space for product solutions and order creation timely.

Maintain high NPS and consumer ratings.

Operations

Create sales quotes and enter orders within company systems.

Track consumer referrals, quotes, and purchase history.

Assist with event tasks and clean‑up.

Support stock management, replenishment, physical inventory, and appliance upkeep.

Maintain showroom floor branding and merchandise directives.

Ensure back office, facilities are neat and stocked.

Identify and communicate product and inventory needs.

Support clerical duties: answering phones, logs, data entry, email.

Qualifications

Preferred showroom sales, design, or luxury manufactured goods experience.

Highly customer‑centric, results‑driven, goal‑oriented, willing to “go above and beyond.”

Friendly, enthusiastic, outgoing manner.

Self‑motivated team player with strong initiative and time‑management skills.

Adaptable to daily business needs and prioritization.

Effective communication with coworkers, consumers, and business partners.

Comfortable with demonstration kitchen tasks.

Professional appearance, manner, and demeanor.

Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special projects.

PC proficiency (Outlook, MS Word, Excel) and willingness to learn new applications.

Able to stand long periods, bend, kneel, use step stool or ladder.

Able to lift 25 lbs.

High school diploma required.

Salary range is $70‑$75K plus bonus and full benefits.
