Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Shreveport-Bossier City area, with flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and develop strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, creating sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will also monitor market trends and ensure customer needs are met effectively while collaborating with internal teams to optimize results.

Sales Strategy, Sales Target Achievement, and Negotiation skills

Market Research, Market Trend Analysis, and Data-Driven Decision-Making

Strong Communication, Presentation, and Networking abilities

Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools

Proven ability to work in both in-person and remote environments

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Previous experience in outside business to business sales is a plus

Dependable transportation and a valid drivers license are required
