EPS Corporation Requirements Key Responsibilities
Produce strategic- and executive-level intelligence papers, briefings, studies, and assessments related to the Future Operating Environment. Conduct all-source intelligence analysis, integrating classified and open-source information to assess foreign military capabilities, intent, and emerging threats. Perform predictive and trend analysis to evaluate future adversary capabilities, technologies, and operational concepts. Serve as a technical and subject matter expert on FOE intelligence issues, methodologies, and analytic frameworks. Maintain and update intelligence databases, repositories, and analytic tools to support ongoing assessments and products. Support development and delivery of analytic products, briefings, and decision-support materials for senior leaders and stakeholders. Advise senior leadership on strategic risks, operational implications, and long-term threat trajectories. Collaborate with intelligence community partners and internal teams to ensure analytic consistency and information sharing. Ensure intelligence products meet IC tradecraft standards, accuracy requirements, and security guidelines. Required Skills and Competencies
Advanced expertise in all-source intelligence analysis and FOE assessments. Strong ability to communicate complex intelligence judgments through clear, concise written products and oral briefings. Experience conducting predictive analysis, scenario development, and strategic forecasting. Proficiency with intelligence databases, analytic tools, and visualization platforms. Strong critical thinking, analytical rigor, and attention to detail. Ability to operate independently and provide authoritative guidance at the senior level. Desired Skills / Other Considerations
Experience supporting strategic planning, long-range assessments, or war-gaming activities. Familiarity with emerging technologies, hybrid threats, and near-peer adversary capabilities. Prior experience briefing senior government or military leadership. Seniority Level
