About the Role Mission One is seeking a high-performing
All-Source Intelligence Analyst
to support mission-critical intelligence operations across
Defense, Homeland Security, and Intelligence Community
customers. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in dynamic environments, deliver high-quality analytic products, and can fuse reporting from multiple sources to produce actionable, decision‑ready intelligence.
We are building a bench of analysts who can align to one or more mission focus areas, including
Counterterrorism, Cyber, Space/Counterspace, WMD, POLMIL, Threat Finance, and Weapons Systems . Your focus area(s) will be determined based on experience, mission requirements, and customer priorities.
What You’ll Do
Integrate intelligence from multiple disciplines (SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT, FININT, etc.) to generate actionable assessments.
Produce mission‑ready intelligence products including
INTSUMs, SITREPs, threat assessments, briefings, and executive‑level summaries .
Apply structured analytic techniques to identify trends, threats, indicators, and adversary intent.
Support operational planning and decision advantage by delivering timely, high‑confidence analysis.
Participate in RFI/RFQ response workflows and support collection priorities where required.
Collaborate with cross‑functional analysts and mission teams to validate findings and strengthen analytic rigor.
Brief intelligence assessments to customer leadership and mission stakeholders at multiple levels.
Maintain strict compliance with analytic tradecraft standards and reporting guidelines (as applicable).

CT / Insurgency:
Terrorist networks, insurgent tactics, extremist organization analysis, operational threat assessments
Cyber:
Cyber threat actors, malware trends, ransomware, nation‑state cyber campaigns, cyber‑enabled influence operations
Space / Counterspace:
Space threat analysis, adversary capabilities, space ISR, orbital domain awareness, counterspace doctrine
WMD:
Chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear threat analysis, proliferation networks, CBRN risk assessments
POLMIL:
Political‑military analysis, military intent, strategic forecasting, influence operations, regional stability
Threat Finance:
Illicit finance, sanctions evasion, money laundering networks, trafficking finance, terror finance
Weapons Systems:
Adversary weapons capabilities, missile developments, force modernization, technical threat assessments
Note:
You do not need experience in every focus area — we are building a flexible team with targeted expertise.
Required Qualifications
Active clearance:
Secret / TS / TS‑SCI
(preferred)
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Intelligence Studies, Security Studies, International Relations, Political Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
3+ years
of intelligence analysis experience (military, IC, contractor, law enforcement, or related).
Demonstrated experience producing intelligence products with strong narrative clarity and analytic rigor.
Experience working with multiple intelligence sources and applying structured analytic techniques.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including briefing experience.
Ability to operate in high‑tempo environments with competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting DHS, DoD, Combatant Commands, or Intelligence Community organizations.
Familiarity with analytic production standards.
Experience with analytic toolsets such as:
Palantir, Analyst’s Notebook, ArcGIS, DCGS, MIDB, TAC, JWICS/SIPR/NIPR , or comparable platforms.
Background in link analysis, pattern‑of‑life analysis, targeting support, or operational intelligence.
Data exploitation skills (Power BI, Tableau, Python, or advanced Excel) a plus.
