as an Assistant Manager, Receiving.
Responsibilities
Partner with luxury consignment office to manage fashion product being transferred to the warehouse
Provide coverage on receiving floor, assist with product questions and distribution to increase department’s productivity
Point of contact for customer returns, authentication, merchandising, copywriting and inbound loading dock
Coordinators and exception specialist with outstanding product issues and exceptions
Conduct weekly and monthly audits to ensure standard operating procedures compliance
Uphold company brand and condition standards
Enforce and maintain positive team culture
Management of backlog and end of day reporting
Oversee all inquiries sent to NJ receiving support, ensuring responses are timely with correct information
Oversee department product handlers and support staff
Qualifications
Proven success with process implementation and facilitation with measurable KPIs
Retaining and developing top talent
At least one year management experience in a related field
Highly motivated, dependable and proactive
Able to lead by example
Great time management skills and ability to prioritize daily tasks
Able to work independently but can manage a large group in a team environment
Strong communication skills
‘Can-do’ attitude
Solution minded and detail oriented
Comfortable in high value and fast paced work environment
Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets

The expected salary range for this role is $57,000.00-$80,912.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
