What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage the sales process for a diverse group of assigned existing business opportunities

Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities while building a sales pipeline

Collaborate with product sales executives and marketing teams to stay updated on product information and industry trends

Research, develop, and maintain long and short-range sales and territory plans

Close sales and achieve sales targets, providing regular reports on activities and forecasts

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience successfully selling SaaS solutions

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding an annual sales quota

Exemplary presentation and communication skills across all organizational levels

Technical proficiency with Salesforce.com

Advanced selling capabilities demonstrating commitment to strategy, customer relations, and negotiation

Experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry
