Assistant Behavior Analyst Join Total Spectrum, LLC in providing high‑quality, evidence‑based ABA therapy to children with autism. As a BCaBA you will assist behavior analysts in supervising cases, modifying protocols, delivering treatment by protocol, and guiding families.

Responsibilities

Provide behavior treatment by protocol to clients, as‑needed.

Provide clinical direction to technicians, as‑needed.

Assist behavior analysts with protocol modification, assessments, family treatment guidance, treatment planning and clinical programming.

Follow guidelines regarding time spent on non‑billable activities.

Ensure data is collected and recorded with fidelity and reliability.

Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings.

Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies.

Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly.

Adhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten.

Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or expected to sit for the BCaBA exam in the next three months.

Supervision hours in progress or completed (as outlined by the BACB requirements).

Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.
