Manage large land development projects in all aspects of traffic engineering and planning. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on traffic impact studies, intersection design, traffic signal design, roadway signing and pavement marking plans, and traffic and signal operations analysis. Obtain and analyze PennDOT’s Highway Occupancy Permit design criteria and procedures. Oversee the preparation or modification of reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, impact studies, permits, and designs. Represent the firm at municipal meetings, hearings, and PennDOT staff meetings. Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (required). Professional Engineer (PE) license (required). Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver’s license. Knowledge of Pennsylvania Municipal Planning Code. Experience testifying on behalf of land development applicants regarding Pennsylvania municipal approvals. We're committed to expanding our staff and culture.
