We are celebrating 40 years in business and seeking a motivated and results‑driven, experienced Outside B2B Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will earn a salary plus uncapped commission for generating new business referrals and building strong relationships with clients in busy Southeast MA territory.
The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter with a passion for sales, exceptional communication skills and 2+ years of previous outside B2B sales experience with a record of success. Prior experience selling Auto Glass or other services to insurance agencies, auto service providers, commercial businesses and fleet companies is preferred but not required. Bilingual is a plus.
Must be able to pass driving and background checks and drug screen (excluding cannabis).
Responsibilities
Execute all outside sales duties in your assigned territory with the goal of securing the maximum amount of direct referral business possible.
Consistently perform a productive 40+ hour work week.
Maintain database of all prospects in territory. Evaluate and determine efficient call cycle for all accounts while developing and maintaining personal relationships to drive direct referrals.
Prospect and close profitable Commercial and Fleet accounts in assigned territory as determined in collaboration with management.
Utilize proven prospecting techniques to make efficient use of time in the field.
Monitor all marketing expenses to promote company with prospects effectively.
Determine prospect response by monitoring referrals daily. Work with management to implement strategies to increase market share.
Maintain inventory of required print and promotional items.
Conduct training with all accounts promoting proven methods to refer business.
Work with Management and all staff to monitor customer satisfaction and retention. Facilitate problem resolution as required.
Implement and execute additional sales plans as determined by management.
