Job Description
Supervise Slot department personnel during assigned shift.
Ensure the security and accountability of slot funds.
Review and evaluate personnel and ensure all policies and procedures are followed in accordance with Company policies and applicable gaming regulations.
Respond to and resolve customer disputes/complaints.
Perform minor repairs to gaming devices, including clearing jams, resetting machines, and verifying jackpots.
Accurately complete written department forms and records detailing payment of jackpots, cash coin transactions, machine malfunctions, etc., in a timely manner.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare and implement work schedule in response to business demands.
Maintain secure key controls at all times.
Develop, apply, and maintain a friendly, courteous rapport with customers and employees.
Effectively communicate by two‑way radio.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in gaming, with a concentration in slots, preferred.
Minimum of two (2) years of related management experience preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills; performance of this job will take place in both an office setting and the casino floor, with exposure to noise, second‑hand smoke, and varied lighting.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
