What You'll Do As an Inventory Manager, you'll take charge of the day-to-day operations of the inventory department. From auditing and compliance to merchandising and organization, you'll be the person who ensures everything is exactly where it should be—accurate, compliant, and customer-ready. Alongside management, you'll lead a team of inventory staff and keep things running smoothly.
On a Typical Day, You Might
Monitor and audit inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with SOPs and regulations
Maintain merchandising standards so shelves and displays are fully stocked and flawless
Train and mentor inventory staff, providing feedback and tracking development progress
Delegate tasks and balance workloads to keep the team efficient and organized
Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and other departments to coordinate inventory projects, product placement, and promotions
Model professionalism and reliability while enforcing company policies fairly and consistently

Experienced in cannabis retail inventory management (1+ year preferred)
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Skilled at training, mentoring, and guiding a team
Comfortable handling audits, compliance requirements, and fast‑moving priorities
A strong multitasker who works well under pressure
