Lead Our Inventory Operations as an Inventory Manager at Nirvana Cannabis!

We're looking for a motivated Inventory Manager to take charge of our dispensary's inventory operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless coordination between teams.
What You'll Do As the Inventory Manager, you'll be the backbone of the dispensary's product flow. You'll oversee everything from receiving deliveries to managing sales floor displays—ensuring products are always accurate, compliant, and customer-ready. You'll also lead, coach, and mentor the inventory team, fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism.
On a typical day, you might:
Oversee daily inventory operations, including receiving, transfers, audits, and product movement
Plan and delegate daily work assignments for inventory staff and provide hands‑on support throughout the shift
Manage schedules, monitor timekeeping records, and communicate updates to leadership
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations and SOPs
Lead merchandising initiatives to keep displays organized, well‑stocked, and visually appealing
Coach staff, provide feedback, and enforce fair disciplinary standards when needed
Partner with purchasing and vendors to coordinate deliveries and resolve discrepancies
Serve as a visible leader on the floor, modeling professionalism and reliability

Experienced in cannabis retail inventory (at least 1 year required)
Organized and detail‑oriented with strong math and auditing skills

Adaptable and calm under pressure, able to meet deadlines and shifting priorities

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business Management preferred
At least one (1) year of cannabis retail inventory experience required
Ability to stand and walk for long periods, and lift up to 30 lbs
Must meet all state cannabis employment requirements (agent card, etc.)
Schedule & Travel
Full‑time role with a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Minimum of 45 onsite hours per week required
No regular travel beyond assigned location
