Job Description Hill International is seeking a Project Coordinator in Phoenix, Arizona to support the Design & Construction Services Division (DCS). The role involves front desk duties, document management, financial tracking, meeting coordination, and reporting assistance.
Responsibilities
Provide front desk support: answering phone calls, receiving deliveries, greeting visitors.
Track and follow up on Adobe Sign routing of documents to be completed by all stakeholders.
Maintain, review, distribute, and upload documents.
Upload city procurement documents to Oracle Unifier or verify that an outside party has uploaded required plans and/or record drawings.
Manage project-related paperwork ensuring all necessary materials are current and properly filed in the project management tools.
Track expenditures and reconcile invoices or similar financial duties.
Track sub consultant agreements/insurance/bonds as required.
Schedule various meetings in person and virtually through Microsoft Teams or WebEx.
Assist with preparing weekly and monthly project design and construction reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a high school diploma with 2+ years of administrative, project coordinator, or document control experience within the construction industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to relay detailed information.
Knowledge of applicable programs: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Teams, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint.
Develop, interpret, and adhere to all policies and procedures.
Must be willing to work on-site.
Ability to work on a team and support project and organizational goals.
