Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled Adobe Analytics Expert to join our digital analytics team. The ideal candidate will have deep hands‑on experience in Adobe Analytics, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and maintain Adobe Analytics tracking across digital platforms (web & mobile).
Design and develop analytics measurement frameworks, tag implementation plans, and data layer specifications.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure accurate data collection.
Build advanced dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Adobe Workspace and other analytics tools.
Conduct in‑depth analysis to identify trends, user behaviors, conversion drivers, and optimization opportunities.
Troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
Work closely with AEP, Launch/Tags, Target, and other Adobe Experience Cloud tools for integrated analytics.
What You Need
Strong hands‑on expertise in Adobe Analytics (Workspace, Report Builder, segmentation, attribution).
Experience with Adobe Launch / Adobe Tags and implementation using JavaScript.
Strong understanding of data layers, tagging standards, and digital analytics methodologies.
Experience with A/B testing tools such as Adobe Target.
Ability to work with developers and QA teams for tag validation and debugging using tools like Charles Proxy, Adobe Debugger, or browser developer tools.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Experience in SQL, BigQuery, or other data platforms is a plus.
Adobe Analytics/Adobe Experience Cloud certifications are an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits Role Location: Remote.
Compensation Range: $82,000 – $123,000.
Full‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. Eligible for 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. Medical, dental, vision, and employee‑only benefits (basic life, accidental death, disability, short/long‑term disability, HSA, FSA).
