We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Specialist with deep expertise in Adobe Analytics. This role focuses on delivering actionable insights, optimizing digital strategies, and ensuring robust data collection and reporting practices. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decision-making and enhance digital performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to highlight digital performance metrics, trends, and KPIs aligned with business goals.
Conduct in-depth analysis of digital data to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
Build and manage tagging frameworks, and perform QA to ensure accurate data collection.
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and IT teams to implement and validate tracking requirements.
Configure and manage Adobe Analytics components including report suites, variables, classifications, and segments.
Design and deliver dashboards and reports that simplify complex data into strategic insights.
Provide training and mentorship on Adobe Analytics tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Monitor industry trends and recommend enhancements to analytics strategies and measurement capabilities.
Extract and analyze raw data to support deeper business intelligence needs.
Required Qualifications
Proven hands-on expertise with Adobe Analytics configuration (report suites, variables, classifications, and segments).
Strong background in digital data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into business recommendations.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and measurement strategies.
Proficiency in extracting and analyzing raw data.
Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in digital strategy optimization and advanced analytics methodologies.
Familiarity with other digital analytics tools and tag management systems.
