We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Seasonal Box Office / Ticketing Help Desk Associates to support ticketing operations during the WM Phoenix Open tournament week, taking place February 2 through February 8, 2026.
Pay Rate : $15 per hour
Employment Type : Seasonal (Week of tournament 2/2/2026 - 2/8/2026)
Shift Hours:
Approximately 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Preferred Availability:
Full availability during tournament week
Key Responsibilities
Sell event tickets using the official ticketing system (AXS).
Assist guests with mobile ticket access and RFID wristband support
Provide on-site assistance with ticket-related issues and questions
Answer general event and ticketing inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
Ensure a positive guest experience through clear communication and problem-solving
Qualifications
Must be comfortable working on a computer and learning ticketing software
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service experience preferred
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual with the ability to work early morning shifts
