Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain client relationships, including deposit generation.

Acquire clients and network with centers of influence to build relationships and provide superior client service.

Be highly self‑motivated, entrepreneurial, and passionate about growing a business in a team environment.

Build and maintain close relationships with clients and business partners.

Educate and present prospects, clients, and partners on the benefits offered.

Provide concierge‑style service to clients, responding quickly to inquiries and delivering financial guidance and banking solutions.

Meet with clients and business partners in person, virtually, and at networking events to grow business.

Identify potential business opportunities through external referral sources.

Work well individually and as a team to create strategies and marketing opportunities that promote the brand.

Required Skills

Extensive knowledge of bank policies and processes, with quick, accurate client and partner support.

Deep understanding of the bank’s products and services.

Proficiency in banking with substantial experience working with business banking clients.

Ability to sell and refer bank products within the bank’s guidelines.

Strong outreach skills to grow business.

Maintain a pipeline and actively manage prospect and client lists.

Professional business conduct and strong interpersonal skills.

Participate in community projects and organizations as requested.

Adhere to security and compliance policies and procedures.

Comply with all aspects of the Bank Secrecy Act, including Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs), Customer Identification Program (CIP), and OFAC checks.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree; CFP or CTFA a plus.

Minimum 10 years of business banking experience.

Entrepreneurial mindset with creative problem‑solving ability.

Independent contributor expected to manage own book of business and retain clients.

Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

General computer proficiency; prior banking applications experience preferred.

Ability to handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.

Compensation Base salary range: $105,600 – $158,400. The range reflects the low and high ends of Leader Bank’s salary structure for this position and may vary based on location, experience, and performance.

Additional compensation may include annual bonuses, commissions, short‑ and long‑term incentives, and program‑specific awards.
