Business Development Manager (Enterprise | Americas Region)
Location: United States (Remote/Hybrid depending on location)
Base: $80k-$130k | OTE: $120k-$210k
What You’ll Do
Own the full 360° sales cycle - from outbound prospecting to closing complex enterprise agreements
Proactively hunt and win net new logos within a defined territory
Develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies tailored to enterprise prospects
Build and manage a healthy pipeline from a mix of self-sourced outreach and inbound leads
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and support new growth initiatives
Consistently meet activity KPIs and exceed sales targets
Keep CRM data clean, accurate, and up to date
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality client interactions
Who You Are
Proven enterprise new-business hunter with strong experience closing new logos
Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment
Exceptionally strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Comfortable simplifying and presenting complex ideas to senior executives
Highly proactive, positive, accountable, and commercially sharp
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Thrives in a high-activity environment and is confident on the phone
Creative problem-solver with a growth mindset
Experience using Salesforce and SalesLoft (highly advantageous)
Compensation
Base salary: $80k-$130k
Commission/OTC: $40k-$80k (final structure being finalized)
Strong accelerators and supportive leadership willing to coach top performers
