MAINTENANCE MANAGER Chattanooga TN, Metropolitan Area $130,000 - $170,000 + Bonus Global Manufacturer MUST HAVE Extensive leadership experience managing maintenance within large metal manufacturing facilities. Our client is a global industry leader within their give field. This stable organization seeks a Maintenance Manager for their high-volume plant. Candidates must have solid work history and a proven track record of success working for similar top tier manufacturing companies. Company offers a top tier benefits plan and bonus plan. Job Responsibilities Manage all daily maintenance activities for a high-volume manufacturing plant. Direct a team of twenty technicians and several maintenance supervisors. Report operational status directly to the plant's senior leadership team. Coordinate with corporate engineering on various site reliability improvement initiatives. Implement and champion site-wide Total Productive Maintenance program strategies daily. Monitor production equipment responsible for over one hundred million pounds. Oversee large capital improvement projects from inception through final completion. Utilize performance data to increase overall equipment effectiveness and reliability. Foster a culture of safety and compliance among all staff. Develop training programs to enhance the skills of technical employees. Manage the maintenance department budget and procurement of critical spares. Lead root cause analysis efforts to solve complex mechanical failures. Requirements Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering is strongly preferred. Seven years of leadership experience in a metal manufacturing environment. Demonstrated success in executing reliability and TPM based maintenance programs. Proficient in utilizing CMMS software to manage department work orders. Strong ability to lead and mentor large technical maintenance teams.
