Project Manager – Marous Brothers Construction
Marous Brothers Construction (MBC) is a leading construction firm in the Midwest. We are looking for a self‑motivated Project Manager to lead schedules, budgets, and teams for a major project on The Ohio State University campus.
Responsibilities
Manage daily project operations, scopes of work, subcontract agreements, material purchase orders, site visits, and team coordination.
Create, manage, and communicate all contract documentation to the Owner, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all project phases.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Present updates to stakeholders and drive project success from start to finish.
Represent MBC at public functions and maintain relationships with public officials and trade organizations.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer.
1–3 years of independent project management preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Experience managing construction projects and proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
Thorough knowledge of building codes, laws, and regulations.
