Position Overview
As an Operations Specialist – Omni, you’ll be responsible for the operational execution within the Pet Care Center with a focus on our Omni channel, ensuring efficient execution of all Omni channel processes such as Ship from Store (SFS) operations.
Position Responsibilities
Supports the effective and efficient operations across the Pet Care Center.
Assist in completion of daily SFS picking, packing, & shipping.
Assist with unloading and stocking of merchandise supplies according to operational guidelines.
Process register transactions in a way that creates a great experience for each guest.
Be proficient within our selling model and support guest interactions as needed.
Adhere to and promote established safety procedures.
Perform routine housekeeping tasks as required to maintain the professional image and appearance of the Pet Care Center.
Participate in the completion of quarterly and annual physical inventory counts.
Complete Omni Channel and SFS projects following policies & procedure.
Analyze on‑site conditions, identify necessary corrections and recommend alterations.
Coordinate with Pet Care Center/Field partners to ensure actual fixturing, floor plan setup, stocking and SFS equipment is completed according to plan.
Communicate with the Pet Care Center Leaders upon completion of day on any remaining unfinished orders.
Special Projects as needed.

Utilize selling behaviors to provide an amazing guest experience.
Contribute to a safe environment.

Education and Experience
Minimum high school diploma (or equivalent).
Proficiency in mathematics and above average communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor with a keen interest in animals and their care.
Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Supervisory Responsibility: None
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
This role involves support during key operational hours with weekend availability. Duties include bending, kneeling, moving merchandise up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods. Safety precautions are essential.
Contacts and Coordination
Continuous contact with the public at the Pet Care Center and related events. Requires coordination with Distribution Centers, Support Centers and external vendors.
