Remote Customer Service Representative (Bilingual and Monolingual Candidates)
Location Fully Remote (Must reside in TX)
Duration 6 Months Temp-to-Hire
Work Schedule Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 7 PM PST; willing to work evenings.
Equipment BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) for work. Candidates must use their own equipment that meets the following specifications:
Operating System: Windows 10 version 22H2 or Mac OS 13 or higher
Processor: Intel Core i5 or equivalent
Memory: 4 GB RAM required; 8 GB RAM preferred
Storage: 64 GB required; 128 GB SSD or 256 GB preferred
Internet Connection: RJ-45 wired connection, 20 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload
Headset: Wired headset with microphone, USB Gen 2 or newer port
Training 2-3 weeks
Start Date Mon, Jan 12, 2026.
Essential Job Duties
Provide discounted home phone and cell phone services to eligible households through state programs.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and acknowledges and resolves complaints.
Communicate with customers through various channels and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support; provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Qualifications / Requirements
Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
