Third (3rd) Shift Group Coordinator Lead Location
Olive Branch, MS Shift
Monday‑Friday 10:00 pm‑6:00 am (overtime as needed) Pay
$21.00 per hour + $1.00 shift differential Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and coordinate the workflow for team members within the facility, including Put‑Away, Inventory, Receiving, Shipping/Pack‑Out, Staging, and Order Selecting areas. Act as the initial point of contact for associates, working alongside the team while providing day‑to‑day direction and guidance. Train new associates, monitor associate progress, and maintain legible and accurate records or logs. Report unsafe conditions, open/close and secure the building as directed, and communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates. Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years in a progressive supply‑chain, logistics, warehouse or distribution environment, with experience in roles that require decision‑making and leading associates. Minimum 6‑12 months of warehouse experience and forklift operation experience; forklift operator certificate preferred. Experience operating stand‑up material handling equipment (Order Picker or Reach Truck) required; additional experience with Order (Cherry) Picker, Sit‑down, Clamp, or Electric Pallet Jack is a plus. High School Diploma or GED required; additional education preferred. Benefits
