Key Responsibilities

Ensure safe project execution: oversee safety practices, maintain a strong safety culture, and hold team members accountable.

Understand project documents: review and understand contracts, estimates, specifications, labor agreements, and code requirements to manage risk and deliver quality installations.

Establish a plan for success: develop a project schedule and execution plan, communicate the plan, and oversee successful execution.

Own the financial outcome: manage project costs and execution to achieve positive financial results, consistently tracking progress for accurate forecasting.

Develop talent: invest in developing project team members to grow their future capabilities.

Manage and develop relationships: steward relationships with customers and industry partners, leveraging networks to identify new opportunities.

Understand and embody the PCE Way: demonstrate core values in all interactions.

Qualifications

BS in Engineering or equivalent experience.

Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electro‑Mechanical Engineering Technology, or relevant field; or equivalent experience.

Valuable work or internship experience a plus.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Experience with Microsoft Access, Bluebeam Revu, and CAD/BIM software is a plus.

Willingness to travel and/or relocate as needed.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Location Project Site in Nebraska

Compensation

Salary commensurate with experience.

Bonus opportunity.

Additional compensation when travel is required.
