Business Development Representative – Enformion
Location: Tampa, FL
Hybrid
– 3 days in the Tampa Bay office per week, travel as required.
Salary:
$55K base – $10K variable commission.
Job Purpose:
As a Business Development Representative at Enformion, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth. Your mission will be to identify potential clients, establish initial contact through various prospecting tools, and set appointments for our Sales Team. This role reports directly to the Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize LinkedIn, HubSpot, email, and phone calls to prospect potential clients and establish initial contact.
Set appointments for Sales Executives to further the sales process.
Consistently meet or exceed set KPIs such as call targets or lead qualification metrics.
Develop a pipeline of viable opportunities and effectively manage the pipeline with the sales team, including timely follow‑up of all leads and advancing leads through the selling process.
Understand and articulate Enformion products, content, solutions, competitive differentiators, and value proposition.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue.
Identify and communicate effectively with executives or other high‑level officials within a customer’s organization.
Your Profile:
1+ year experience in sales or business development.
Excellent communication, strong resilience, and tenacity.
Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and digital prospecting channels.
A results‑oriented mindset, with the ability to drive sales and exceed targets.
B2B sales and marketing experience.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance and be proactive.
Excellent organizational skills.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience in sales, marketing or related field.
