Summary:
This position is responsible for providing operational support to the location's Agronomy department.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Intermediate computer skills with ability to learn new computer programs
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Teamwork and customer service skills
Acute attention to detail
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Mechanical and maintenance aptitude with ability to operate, service and troubleshoot machinery
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:
Valid driver's license required
CDL with HazMat required within 2 years of hire
State of Illinois Commercial Applicator License required within 90 days of hire
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Plant and Soil Science, or related field preferred
Three years of agricultural related experience preferred
