SUMMARY : This position involves the supervision of Agronomy operations for the Trenton location. This includes the coordination of Custom Field Applicators, Tender Drivers, and other agronomy operations staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Plant and Soil Science, or related field required
Five or more years of experience in agronomy operations
Supervisory experience preferred
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations
Valid driver's license (CDL with HazMat preferred)
State of Illinois Commercial Applicator License preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Proficient computer skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must be able to multi-task, establish priorities, and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret required documents
