America Sports Construction, a division of Eosso Brothers Paving, specializes in the design, construction, and maintenance of sports courts—including tennis, pickleball, basketball, and bocce—along with related HOA and commercial pavement projects. We are growing rapidly and seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to help expand our presence, strengthen client relationships, and drive new opportunities in the property management, development, and commercial sectors.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers, owners, developers, and general contractors.
Generate new business through cold calls, emails, networking, and in-person visits.
Retain existing clients by delivering exceptional service and ongoing communication.
Represent the company at local expos, conferences, and client networking events. Occasional travel for out-of-state expos in the offseason.
Coordinate and host happy hours, networking functions, and client engagement events.
Sales Support & Administration
Assist with proposal preparation, bid packages, and public bid submissions.
Build Maintenance Proposals/Projects. (No experience needed, on-the-job training)
Maintain and organize CRM data (HubSpot), ensuring timely follow-ups—especially post-networking events.
Track, analyze, and report on sales activity, pipeline progress, and opportunities.
Marketing Collaboration
Work with Pave America’s marketing team to ensure ASC stays ahead of industry trends.
Support the execution of marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and event promotions.
Help create presentations, reports, and promotional materials to support sales and client engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (construction or property management sector experience a plus).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel and PowerPoint required.
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Willingness to travel for client visits, networking events, and industry conferences.
This position offers a competitive base salary range of $60,000–$70,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, the role includes uncapped commission structure, allowing high performers to significantly increase their total earnings.
