1. Heavy Machinery Operator (Excavator / Loader / Dumper / Roller) Responsibilities:
Operating excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, dumpers, rollers, and GPS‑controlled equipment.
Working on demolition, remediation, landfill, and infrastructure projects.
Work at various project sites across Germany.
Capability to work independently and handle machines safely and responsibly.
Opportunity to grow into supervisory/foreman roles.
Participation in structured training and development programs.
Team coordination and leadership preparation.
Requirements:
10+2 (Higher Secondary Certificate) + ITI Vocational training
3–5 years’ experience in machinery operation.
German language level A2‑B1‑B2.
Valid Driving license
Flexibility for site relocation.

2. Skilled Construction Worker (Civil / Building Construction) Responsibilities:
General construction and civil engineering site work.
Support in structural, reinforcement, and finishing activities.
Assistance in material preparation and site safety.
Work on infrastructure, industrial, and commercial projects.
Requirements:
10+2 (Higher Secondary Certificate) + ITI Vocational training
3–5 years’ experience.
German language level A1‑A2‑B1‑B2.
Flexibility for site relocation.
Physically fit and flexible for site work.
Valid Driving license
3. Concrete / Reinforced Concrete Worker Responsibilities:
Reinforcement and concreting works on large construction sites.
Formwork, slab, and foundational tasks.
Quality and safety control under supervisors.
Requirements:
10+2 (Higher Secondary Certificate) + ITI Vocational training
Previous experience in concrete or civil works
German language level A1‑A2‑B1‑B2.
Physically fit and flexible for site work.
Ability to work in multi‑national teams.
Valid Driving license
4. Entry‑Level Construction Worker / Helper Responsibilities:
Assisting senior workers on site.
Material handling and site cleaning.
Basic construction support activities.
Requirements:
10+2 (Higher Secondary Certificate) + ITI Vocational training
Physically fit.
German language A1‑A2 preferred.
Willingness to learn and grow.
